Project Title: Structural Survey and Industrial Cleaning of a Logistics Hub Description: Managed a multi-disciplinary project for a 40,000 sq. ft. manufacturing and logistics facility. The primary goal was to restore the site to peak operational safety and hygiene standards. Scope of Work: Performed a comprehensive survey engineering analysis to identify structural weaknesses, followed by heavy-duty floor degreasing and a full roofing inspection to fix storm-damaged sections. Outcome: The facility achieved 100% compliance with COSHH and health and safety regulations, ensuring zero downtime for the client’s production line.
